Any person who applies for the registration of trademark to distinguish one’s goods produced, manufactured, processed, wholesaled, or brokered by oneself may enjoy the trademark rights for a term of 10 years.
　

Associated Mark:

The proprietor who registers for the use of its principal trademark in similar classes of goods or for the use of similar trademarks in the same or similar classes of goods may enjoy the same term of trademark rights as of a principal trademark owner.
　

Service Mark:

To distinguish one’s service mark provided in business, such as the service marks of restaurants, advertisements and media, and entertainment businesses. The term of protection is the same as the principal trademark.
